Design Intent: This locally initiated rice and noodle bar in Pakistan has gained tremendous popularity. Renowned for its high-quality Pan Asian cuisine, the interior design embraces a minimalist approach with earthy tones, large windows, and signature wooden benches for communal dining. The proximity of the dining area to the display kitchen enhances connectivity and offers a view of live wok cooking. Airy booths provide privacy, while sustainable oak wood and concrete elements add warmth and refinement. The exterior design showcases the artistic dimension of burned timber using the ancient Japanese technique of Shou Sugi Ban.
